ISFIRE WORKING PAPER SERIES

Focus and Scope

Working Papers is typically a work which in progress. The working paper series of ISFIRE provides a platform for authors in various disciples to publish their original research/book chapters, academic articles, reviews/notes which are under submission, or forthcoming elsewhere.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Guidelines For Authors

  • All contribution should be made in MS-word with UK English language in A4 format with margins of office 2003 default [1"  top and bottom, 1.25" left and right]
  • Headers and footers should be 0.5"
  • Page Numbers should begin from Abstract (different first page)
  • Title of the paper [Times New Roman, 14-point font, Bold, Uppercase, Centered, single space]
  • Name(s) of the author(s) [Times New Roman, 12-point font, Centered, single space]
  • Professional affiliation, address of institution and email addresses should appear in the foot note with acknowledgement (if any) [Times New Roman, 9-point font, Left aligned, single space]
  • Papers should be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 300 words along with keywords and JEL codes. [Times New Roman,10-point font, 1.15 line spacing]
  • The word ‘Abstract’ should be of Times New Roman, 12-point font, Underlined, Centered aligned]
  • The word ‘Keywords’ and ‘JEL Codes’ [Times New Roman, 11-point font, Italic, left aligned]
  • Following page should begin with Section 1.
  • Body of the paper [Times New Roman, 12-point font, justified, 1.5 line space]
  • Title of the Section [Times New Roman, 12-point font, Bold, Justified, 1.5 line space, Upper case with numbering]
  • Title of the Sub-Section [Times New Roman, 12-point font, Bold, Justified, 1.5 line space, numbered]
  • Title of the Sub-Sub-Section [Times New Roman, 12-point font, justified, 1.5 line space, Italic, numbered]
  • Tables, Figures should be included in the paper and should not be at the end of the paper. Tables and Figures should follow text
  • End notes should appear at the end of the paper before references
  • Referencing style: American Psychological Association (APA)
  • Annexure or Appendices should appear at the end of the paper.
Submission or sending an article and/or articles require authors to agree to the following copyright notice as part of the submission process.
 

I/We enter into copy right agreement with the ISF Institute of Research and Education (IIRE) and authorize IIRE to publish this work.

 I/we declare /that:

  1. I/we hereby declare that the material presented in this paper is my/our original work, and does not contain or include material taken from other copyrighted sources

  2. Wherever such material has been included, it has been clearly indented or/and identified by quotation marks and due and proper acknowledgements are given by citing the source at appropriate places

  3. The work is not published anywhere else in its current form and it is not under consideration for publication in any other media.

  4. I/we as author(s) reserve patent rights and the right to use all or part of the article in future for our own works such as lectures, press releases, and reviews of textbooks

  5. In the case of republication of the whole, part, or parts thereof, in periodicals or reprint publications by a third party, a written permission/No Objection Certificate shall be obtained from the Editor-in-Chief IIRE

  6. As author(s) I/we assure that this work does not contain any unlawful and defamatory contents

  7. This work does not violate any existing copy rights or intellectual property rights

  8. I/We are solely responsible for this work

  9. I/We transfer an unalterable exclusive right to the IIRE for publishing, reproducing, republishing, transmitting, using the work in electronic and print editions throughout the world and distribute it in all languages, and in all media now known or later developed

  10. I/We transfer an irrevocable exclusive right to the IIRE to create and store electronic archival copies of the work including the right to deposit the work in open access digital repositories

  11. I/we shall not demand for any royalty

  12. I /We transfer an irrevocable non-exclusive right to the IIRE to license others to reproduce, republish, transmit, and distribute the work in both print and electronic forms

  13. I/We agree to indemnify the IIRE (publishers) of (my/our) above mentioned work against all claims and expenses arising from any breach of warranty from me/us in this agreement and any third party claims

  14. IIRE is will not be responsible for any dispute amongst writers or any dispute with third party on publication and distribution of above mentioned work and no further correspondence will be carried out

  15. If any plagiarism is found in my camera-ready paper after Publication, I/we shall be fully responsible for it. IIRE or IIRE Board members shall not be responsible for plagiarism in my/our work.
